Nice pics, long wait
Very nice photographers, nice clean facility, but a terribly long WAIT. I was also there when there was only 2 people working. The lady that was reviewing my pictures with me had to leave every time the phone rang, etc., so it made my trip even LONGER. Nice pics though.

Careful of the Warranty!
I own a Concordia home. It is a very nice home, but they only offer a 30 day warranty, whereas the majority of other builders offer 1 or 2 year warranties!!!!
