Could many of the other reviews have been faked?
Interesting that most of the "good" reviews have reviewers who have only posted regarding A Quality Carpet Cleaning. I would expect with all the people that use Kudzu to make decisions, more of them would have rated other companies as well! I chose this company because of their high ratings; they charged 40% more than norm, and 20% above what they mentioned over the phone, but I employed them anyways thinking they would do an exceptional job based on Kudzu ratings. They made no effort to clean under the bed (which had absolutely nothing under it), left a large undone section under the desk (which was easily accessible), and made no effort to get most corners. While past carpet cleaners have moved large objects to get under them and put Styrofoam underneath, they wouldn't as much as move an easy chair. They also left a residue on the carpet, and the carpets were not substantially cleaner, and took a full day to dry. The only good thing I can say about them is they were courteous.

Quick, Efficient, Courteous, and Effective
T.J. was great! He asked good questions to determine exactly what kind of treatment was needed, sold me only the services I needed, and did an effective job caring for them. Guaranteed me no bugs for two months!

Creative, quality workmanship
I asked these guys to assemble a shed, and then customize it to meet my needs. If I had it to do over again, I'd ask these guys to create a shed from scratch. Their workmanship was great, they were very professional, they came up with good solutions to fix the inadequacies of the prefab shed parts I'd purchased, & they got the job done within 2 days of the time I called asking for an estimate.

Hard job, great efforts
I've seen a lot of Metro's work. Although you always have a few bad apples, the Metro police force as a whole is one of the best I've seen. They are polite, great at figuring out when to intervene and when to observe from a distance, and dedicated to their jobs.
Great work Metro, and thanks for your tireless efforts.

Lots of missed packets
I work from home about 70% of the time, and rely heavily on my Cox internet connection. Although the percentage downtime has only been on the order of 5%, it's significantly greater than is appropriate for a major high speed internet access vendor, and has significantly hampered my work efforts. I wish there were another Cable competitor in the area to get Cox to clean up their act. I hope the recent upgrades they've been making will limit the downtime.

Good service
Other than the fact that I never got the $35 visa card for joining BofA, their service and accessibility have been excellent. I have no complaints.

Good prices
Prices are generally (not always) better than surrounding gas stations.

Great store
The lines have never been too bad at this Costco. They always have good deals, and the staff have consistently been friendly and helpful. I especially like the return policy; I've never had a problem returning an item, no questions asked.

I thought Saturn was supposed to be helpful
I had a Saturn with 100,000 miles, and took it to the dealer because the engine light came on. When I first tried to call to ask when I could bring the car in, I had to call back 10 times to get them to answer. Then when I brought the car in, they found multiple problems that another mechanic later told me were not problems at all (i.e. Water pump), and tried to charge 25% more than any local (non-dealer) mechanic would charge. Then when I told them I didn't want to do the work there, and paid them my $90 for their scan, they forgot to return my air filter cover. The other mechanic I took the car to told me it was missing, and I again tried to call their service department 12 times and never got through when I tried to go pick it up. When I got there, they looked all over and finally found it (it's not a small item).
I'll never buy a car from that Saturn dealership, even though my overall experience driving two separate Saturns was quite positive.

Good food & atmosphere
The food and atmosphere is good. You can definitely find better food for the same price in Vegas, but it's definitely worth going here once in a while.
