A bunch of scammers!!
I received my quote on the phone, and specifically told them I was not going to haggle prices once they got to my home. (And might I add that the carpets in my home were not too dirty....it was just from the main entry way and walking through it. We are very particular about not wearing shoes in the house). The second the guy walked in the house, he said, "Oh, I can smell animals have been in this house". I told him that there have never been animals living in the house. He argued with me and told me he wasn't calling me a liar, but that there were animals in the house. Anyway, they jacked up the price $60, after asking me what I wanted to spend on getting my carpets cleaned. I told them that I had already gotten a price quote the day before and that I was not going to haggle a price with them. I specifically asked the lady on the phone if they do that because I was not interested in price haggling. I told them to leave once they told me that there's no way they would do it for the price that I was originally quoted. What a waste of time!! I found them here, on Kudzu, and used them because of the ratings they got....now I'm wondering if they didn't give themselves the 5 stars.

Amazing and Friendly!!
After having a bad experience with another carpet cleaning company, I was referred to "Guaranteed Affordable Carpet Cleaning" from a friend of mine. I was told by my friend that the man who owns and operates this company is very friendly and honest. I hired him to clean my carpets, and was completely happy with the entire service. He has great rates, and doesn't walk in the house and start up selling. I would recommend this company to everyone I know!!!

Friendly
Dr. Vu and his staff are great. He spends time talking to my children and was very friendly. He does not seem rushed, and he took the time to answer all my questions. He did not make me feel dumb for asking the questions I had, and he gave a throrough explanation for each of them. The wait time is always reasonable, too.

Happy but not happy
We took our Audi in to get the clutch replaced. They had the lowest bid from everyone we called, and actually other places were telling us we needed other parts to be replaced that really didn't. (That was before anyone even looked at our car, too). Anyway, we took it in and they did a great job. They were friendly and did the job they were supposed to do. We got the car back and the A/C didn't work AT ALL. By the way...it's 110 these days. We took the car back in to see what the deal was, since when we took it in it got crispy cool and now it's completely gone. They told us it needed more free-on but it needed to be put in with a perfect amount or it will break. So...a little fishy....right?!

Awesome OBGYN
I have been going to Dr. Herpolsheimer for two years now and I have been nothing but happy with him. He isn't the kind of doctor who you go to for a problem and he's just going to load you up on pills. If there are other solutions, he will have you try them first.
I also never feel that he is rushing the visit with me. Also, the wait time is always very short. And another great thing is that he always has a nurse in the room before doing an exam.

Very Impressed
I am rarely impressed with doctors in this city. I took my 2 1/2 year old daughter to Anthem Pediatric Dentistry today and I am absolutely impressed with them. They had a very friendly staff and were extremely kid-friendly. I had my 1 year old was with us too, but not for a check up. She was having a hard time sitting still during her sister's visit to the dentist...the nurse gave her a teether tooth brush to help keep her calm and a balloon at the end of the visit, with her sister. They were so good at showing my daughter what tools they were using before sticking them in her mouth. She did a lot better than I thought she would.

Aweful Visit
Very friendly staff but the doctor didn't know what he was doing. He told me that I was too young for reading glasses!!! I am in my mid-twenties with two children, who I had there with me. I went to him because I do a lot of computer work and have been getting terrible headaches. He told me I probably should just go see a family doctor because I was too young to need reading glasses. When I told him I have had reading glasses since I was a kid he told me that most kids are far-sighted but grow out of it. I told him I had reading glasses now, but they got broken, he just said that if I really wanted some I could go to Wal-Mart and get the over-the-counter glasses. There went my one-time-a-year visit that my insurance covered....to a doctor who had no idea what he was talking about.

Worst food and service I've ever had
To start off, the service was TERRIBLE. The hostess was very unfriendly and then did not bring us the two high chairs we needed and asked for. When she sat us at a table that had another baby at their end of the table, we asked if we could sit at the next table down (since we have two babies, who would need to sit at the ends in their high chairs), she told us no. After we started getting our food, which was just aweful, she came back and asked how everything was. We shrugged and said, "well, it's not that great", and she did not say another word, and just walked off. I was in absolute disbelief! Once she brought the high chair....she only brought one, so we had to ask AGAIN for another one. This was the most over-priced restaraunt with absolutely terrible food. Some of the meat tasted as if it were about to go bad...it just had that really funny taste to it. Some of the other meats were just not good. My husband and I each got a can of Guarana which were an unbelievable $7.00 A CAN!! We didn't see it on the menu, but assumed they would be no more than $3.00...maybe $4.00 a can. Also, even in the restaraunt, there was NO smell of the meats! Now, if you've ever eaten in any kind of a restaraunt that serves steaks, you know you should be able to smell the meat! I would not recommend this restaraunt to anyone!!

Dissapointed
They are friendly, but didn't do what they told me they would do. I was told that the initial service was over double the price of what the regular services were if I had them come weekly. They said this was because for the initial service they clean blinds, lights, ceilings, walls....everything. They said it would take between 3-4 hours. On the initial service, they were in and out in an hour, and nothing like lights, blinds or walls were even touched. I still got a bill for the service as if they had cleaned everything like they said they would.
