Cheeseburgers
Although Bobby Flay is known for his more eclectic Southwestern cooking style with various chile and pepper sauce, one of the best and most simplest menu items he makes is the cheeseburger. Huge, caremelized crust with horserasish mustard. Pair that with the queso fundido and GOLDEN!

Two words.......Garlic Fries
The most compelling reason for me to go to Gordon Biersch are the Garlic Fries. I get them with anything that I order even if it is just a microbrew. THey are dripping with oil and garlic and they make your stomach protest but they are the best froes I have ever had.

Cider Anyone?
If you come from back East like me you probably like Hard Cider. Well, good luck finding any quality cider out west. The Crown and Anchor serves Blackthorne cider, which is pretty decent, and also serves up good English fare like steak and mushroom pasties. And who doesn't like English Trifle?

No salt
I was very excited when this restaurant opened because I am a big steak fan. Although I was impressed with the cuts of beef, being that this is a video poker bar too, I was disappointed by the taste. The cooked the steaks with no salt. To properly bring out the flavor of a good cut of beef it needs to be salted. Even the steak sauce really didnt hide the lack of seasoning. I might try it one more time befire I give up completely.

Closest Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
I grew up in the midwest so I am a BIG fan of Chicago style pizza. This thing weighs ten pounds and just oozes cheese and sausage. They have fantastic fried mushrooms too. THe price is a little hefty when compared to ordinary pizza but Rosatis doesn't make just any pie.

Best Bobbi in Town
The only thing better than the Bobbi turkey sandwhich with fresh REAL turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing is that they deliver! I miss the Egg Creams though..that was a nice East Coast touch.

Wonderful
Mary Lane Slack helped us save hundreds of dollars when we switched from AmFam. She took care of all the paperwork for us so that we didnt have to worry about a thing and she is so very responsive. I never have to worry about not getting a call back from Mary. I would recommend her to anybody!

Novel Dining
I personally love this restaurant. The waiters are friendly and discreet, the booths are private and romantic and how can you beat fondue? From cheese to chocolate, they have a great variety and a good wine list. You'll spend some money but it will be worth the price.

Sangria
The Sangria here is the best. We order a pitcher and it comes loaded with fruit and not just orange slices but real chuncks of apples. The tapas are excellent and the variety is fairly good; I just wish the dining experience was a little cheaper. Reservations are definitely required unless you want to sit on the patio.

Dynamic Pricing
When I went to get my tores replaced they told me it would cost $800. When I called to find out how much my tires would be it was $700. When my husband went to find out how much they would be it was $600.
How can that be true? I will think twice about using them again.
