New Location - On Blue Diamond (just as great)

The new location is just as great as the original location on Rainbow. The food is of course fabulous for some real bbq in the middle of the desert. Staff is friendly. And the catering is great - they even deliver - especially nice in the middle of the summer - your guests won't know you catered rather than standing over the grill sweating!

Newest Location in the Southwest

Hardly is busy so immediate service right when you walk in the door. You get the traditional UPS service, plus photocopies, mailboxes, and shipping.

Friendly service but be cautious

I've been going to this groomer every few months for over a year for both of my dogs - everything was great until the last time when they clipped the ears too close to the skin and cut thru them. I no longer go here but it could have been a fluke because they were fabulous until this issue arose - without an apology.

Quick and Easy with no unnecessary upselling

Looking for a quick and easy place to get an oil change, tire rotated, and general mainentance on your car - they are the place. Sometimes it can take a while to get it done, however, most times its quick and painless. They don't rip you off or try to up-sell you here, which is nice for a mechanic shop.

Pricey and always too busy

So if too busy means that you have a lot of business or that you are understaffed I don't know - but everytime I went into the office it was a long wait. So then I started communicated with email (because of course phone calls weren't returned) which improved the situation but was a pain. They are pricey too, eSurance is a much better value!

Awesome

Medrano's is awesome. They come monthly, spray inside and outside of your house - and make special trips to your home when you call or see bugs. Appts are made monthly at your selection, given a 2 hour timeframe for service, and they are always on time. Definately recommend over a commerical pest company that doesn't care about you.

Service Center is VERY slow

Expect to spend at min. 2 hours for a simple oil change or mileage check-up EVEN with an appointment. The new location is great, but still the same, drop off your car and wait. While you wait you have kids, TV, and sales people approach you so either bring an iPod for distraction or have a friend pick you up! Atleast you can make your appt online now, but still don't expect the appt to actually mean anything!

Awesome Photographers (lots of airbrushing!)

They are great - easy to get along with, offer you lots of options and poses - makes an uncomfortable situation, like getting your picture taken, relaxing and somewhat enjoyable. Plus for your money they will give you the entire CD of photos taken and airbrush as many pictures as you'd like (within reason and package selected) - and they don't skimp on the airbrush - which is fabulous!

Good

For a builder you can't ask for much - but Joseph in the office at La Puerta is fabulous. He's great. Seems to care eventhough you know he's only being nice since you are going to make him a lot of commission on your purchase - but then you think thats ok because he is a really nice guy. I bought from Pardee, am happy with my home, eventho the market tanked and they decided to not build my homes anymore and re-named the neighborhood for the new models!

Definately best place for a Sub

Now I haven't been to this location - go to the one on Rainbow in the southwest now that it is open - but every Caps is great, best sandwich by far is the Bobby; it's a Thanksgiving feast anyday you are in the mood including turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce!
