Attn: A.R.E., I wanted to thank you and your organization for having Chuck on your staff!! Chuck arrived within 20 minutes after my phone inquiry; he was very polite, informative and timely. I would request him on any future repairs; I commend your company and its officers for having someone like Chuck on your staff!! I will share my experience regarding A.R.E. to all of my friends and relatives.
