I was scammed too!

I was scammed by Solid Gold Sound. I was pressured into booking after seeing their $495 ad here on Insiderpages. I figured since they advertise here they would be a good company. That's when the nightmare began. They stopped returning phone calls, and 2 weeks before my wedding I still hadn't heard from them. I decided to book another DJ company (D. Jay's Entertainment) and they were able to give me a special discount due to the money I lost with Solid Gold. Here's the worst thing: I never really told Solid Gold I was cancelling, and STILL NOBODY SHOWED UP! This was after at least 15 phone calls from me up until 2 days before my wedding. Solid gold has 90+ complaints with the BBB, multiple complaints at ripoffreport.com and isn't even local to Las Vegas. The address listed here is a UPS Store private mailboxes! Stay away. Do your research!

Great service, saved me!

They saved me from "Solid Gold Sound" who never returned my calls after I was pressured to put a deposit down with them. A week before my wedding it was obvious that Solid Gold wouldn't show up so I booked DJays Entertainment. I wish I would have booked them first... they weren't much more expensive and they are actually local and have great reviews everywhere. I loved working with my DJ (Ed) and with Jeremy and Tiffany in the office. Great service and helped me out money-wise since I lost money to Solid Gold. Do your research and you won't be disappointed!
