Bad Experience!!!

When i first called this management company all seemed good. I was interested in renting one of their apartments. First spoke to Amanda who was helpful. When it came time to see the place i was met by a lady who was not friendly at all. She was ten minutes late although she called after my appointment time, after she arrived she didnt know which apartment it was then just opened the door and said ok.. The place was nasty!!! It smelled horrible and looked nothing like their pictures online. After i told her that this was not the place pictured online she just said "oh really? They must have used a different picture." No customer service skills at all!! I will not be using this company to find my apartment.
