I refinanced my mortgage with Go To Loan Guru back in 2008. They dropped my rate from 6.875 to 5.5 with no closing costs. They saved me over $200 a month . I still sent in the same payment with a little more which was applied to the principal. I gifted some of our land to our son so he could build a house this year. They were very quick with the paperwork needed to do this transaction and notifying me how much it would cost to do this action. I hold my own escrow account (anyone can do this, all they have to do is ask). I get a better rate on my account since most escrow accounts pay below the minimum rate of a savings accountt. I put my tax money in a money market account to up my interest as the account grows. This helps when the taxes go up. I have had absolutely no problems with Go To Loan Guru. In fact, they have been very helpful and courteous when I have contacted them. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls.
