Their service is inconsistent.

Went in to get my dog groomed. The girl took my number and yet called the wrong number so I didn't know my dog was ready. When called, she told me that she called. Anyways, this was the exception. The ladies here are above average overall. Just this one was flaky. I have taken my dog here many times and will continue to patron them.

Quick and affordable

I've frequent this place while Thai BBQ was out of commission. Pad Thai is a great place for a quick and economical lunch. They have the best Angel Wings (called chicken on the ranch here).

Hire and beware!!!

My family refered them to me and they did a really good job with their kitchen counter tops but my experience was the worst. I scheduled my work to start on Saturday AM, they didn't come or call that me to rescheduled. I went to their store and was told they'd come on Monday @ 8am. Didn't show up till 10am. Was told the job will only be one day. It turned out to be 5 days. And this was with persistant calling. They miss scheduled time and don't bother calling to notify. They came as they pleased. Meanwhile, my kitchen was not functional. Bottom line, their words don't amount to anything. Have things in writing and document everything.

I drop my pup here for grooming and instead of calling me to verify his annual shots, they vaccine him again and charged me for it. I call many times thorough the day to check up and they didn't mention any changes. When I went to pick up my pup, they slapped me with $45 charges for vaccines that I didn't authorized. When I mention all the techs that I had spoke with that day, all they can defend is that "no one told me". Their poor internal communications may have hurt my dog. I have filed with BBB to keep their office honest and be aware of their negligence.
