Absolutely #1 Plastic Surgeon In Town!!!
I have worked in the medical field all of my life.. I have known of Dr. Alexander for ever!! I have personally gone to him for procedures twice and I know dozens (no exaggeration) of people that have gone to him. He is absolutely the best in town. He is extremely professional and will NEVER try to get you to have anything done that you don't bring up yourself. His work is superior!! I love Dr. Alexander and his staff. You should always meet or know someone who has had surgery by a doc that you are going to. Don't just go to the cheapest.. It may ruin your life and you'll pay so much more in the long run. I think Dr. Alexanders prices are average for Vegas. You should absolutely go to him if you're thinking about going to any plastic surgeon in town. You will be in very good hands!!

best in town
I had a great experience being Dr. Alexander's patient. Dr. and his staff arer the best most professional people I have ever had a pleasure to meet. My surgery experience was great and I would recommend to anybody to consult with Dr. Alexander for any cosmetic surgery need......He Is The Best.......
