High-priced hoagie
If you like the more gourmet "fancy" sandwiches that cost too much, this is the place for you! For those of us who like to alter our sandwiches and have it our way, Panera is a disappointment. Thei selection seems small - most of their "many flavors of bagels" were not available and the paninis are, according to the person who helped us, pre-made and frozen and therefore cannot be modified. I'll stick with Subway.

Great espresso
I tried the house latte not too long ago for the first time and was amazed! It is better than anything I have tried at Starbucks and it's cheaper!

Great Food...A little Pricey!
Panera bread has the BEST sandwiches and breakfast pastries I have ever had. And they opened a new store on lake mead and rock springs. It is somewhat expensive but worth it.

Decent food, bad staff by Taylor C. at InsiderPages
I used to eat at this place all the time due to the geographical convenience while I was working at the now defunct Tower Records. However, this is by no means a place I would go out of my way to eat at.

For the good points, this place has an overall good atmosphere, and they even have free bread samples available (depending on the time of day.) The place tries to offer cuisine that is suitable for all hours of the day. For the most part they succeed well.

Where this place falters is the HORRIBLE staff. During a break from work I once went into get something to snack on. I said could I get (insert item here), and the staff member just bluntly said no. It was clearly a joke, but when I've been busting my ass for hours on end and I need to sit down and get some food in my system, THIS SORT OFBEHAVIOR IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Additionally, I've ordered regular bagels and they've had no idea what I was talking about. They don't seem to know that plain and regular mean the same thing. This place needs to fire everybody and start from scratch. Also, some items are priced high.

If you're in the neighborhood or work in the area, give the place a try. Just don't go out of your way to eat here. It isn't worth it.

Eat, Drink and Meet
Panera Bread is not only a coffee and tea shop, but a terrrific place to meet friends or hold a meeting with their variety of meals and sweets - all served with a smile.
Their bagels are scrumptious - the best Asiago cheese I have ever had - as well as their salads, sandwiches and soups.
Now let's talk about those pastries - one would think they have bit into a something from a neighborhood bakery - not from a national chain. Something very few can accomplish
these days.
So eat, drink and enjoy!

Excellent Selection by Anna H. at InsiderPages
Their sandwiches are excellent and reasonably priced. The service is quick and they are never very crowded. They have a great selection of bagels and pastries.

Bakery and cafe by Marlene R. at InsiderPages
This is an outstanding bakery and cafe. The food is freshly prepared, large portions. Try the luncheon specials. Very clean, and excellent employees. Always bread samples to try so you know what you are getting.
