Bajio Mexican Grill

Bajio - This is the best mexican I had in a long time. I highly recommend you try it. Food is very flavorful. I can't wait till more stores open on the other ends of town. Also, Love the China Mist Ice Tea!

So good! Fresh food fast, restaurant quality all the way!!! A+++++, Had Shrimp tacos which were superb, mexican pizz, you absolutely have to try this one and a chimichanga, that was ok.

I have been here several times and really enjoy it. Everything is made fresh right in front of you and there are lots of options.

This is some really, really amazing Mexican INSPIRED food. It’s not the real deal but it’s tasty. If Chipotle, and Qudoba’s were in a bar room brawl with Bajio; Bajio would stand victorious. They have apple flavored soda on tap; the Mexican Pizza is pretty amazing. The sour cream is even flavored this is good attention to detail and most definitely your gringo Mexican food joint…. Just go and eat you will enjoy it!

I have tried several different items on the menu here but the only thing I thought was halfway decent was the tortilla soup. All the meat had a very strange taste, almost sweet. Needless to say, I won't be back again.

The food is great, the staff is friendly and the setting is what you would expect. The only problem that I have is that I work almost the exact same hours that they are open, so I can only go on my days off!

I attended a baby shower here and the food was excellent. I plan on telling all my friends and going for a girls night out. The prices are inexpensive too!

I would rate this as my favorite place to get Mexican food. The prices are good. The servings are large, but not obscene. Each dish is made right in front of you. There are many ways to personalize your meal. No "one size fits all" here. A must try!
