I had an eyebrow wax scheduled before an important event. I explained that I just wanted them cleaned and shaped up. Note - at this time the salon received a call asking if they had experience with Afrian-American hair. The receptionist asked the lady applying wax to my eyebrows if she did, to which she responded "Well.. no but I can figure it out." The receptionist then told the caller "Yes." I should have left then, but it was too late. The end result? My eyebrows were completely uneven, with chunks missing, and there was wax all over my scalp and in my hair. I was mortified and walked out in tears. My mom later called the store manager and complained but the damage was already done.. horrible experience, I have not been back ever since and don't intend to.

Ulta just revamped themselves at this location & I am in love! They have so much to choose from & such a nice spacious inviting place. If you can't find something there, you won't be able to find it anywhere!

I've been going here for beauty supplies for years. They have great products and aren't over priced. They're sales team is very helpful in finding what your looking for.

THis Ulta has the worst salon ever, when I got my hair done they burned my scalp and didn't do anything to fix it. I complained for a really long time, and they didn't take me seriously!

I find this store very suitable for all my cosmetic needs. I find great deals, a wide selection and fast check out all in one place. I love the coupons that come in the mail and the free gifts with purchase they often have. I also love all the testers! Great place.

Their reputation for customer service with customers is not good at all. Everyone runs around like they have no clue where they are going. They aren't very good to employees as well. Once in awhile they might have good deals, but you can surely find them elsewhere with better service.

They have the best return policy I have ever seen on cosmetic prices along with wonderful prices all along. On top of that the girls that work here are always over and beyond nice.

This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. While applying color to my hair, the stylist actually burned my scalp. The manager did nothing to correct the situation and eevn laughed later on the phone with me while commenting on the fact that she had wondered what had happened to my hair. I recommend that you avoid this salon at all costs!

I scheduled and appointment in person, on a Friday for the next afternoon and talked with the actually stylist that the appointment was with.
I arrive for my appointment and was told that the stylist was running behind - fine, that happens. Then the stylist comes out and implies that I should just reschedule for another day but when I wasn't taking the hint, he asks me what I was having done and I reminded him of the service for which I had scheduled. He then tells me that they are out of the product he needs to perform the service. Already 3pm on a Saturday by now and NO WAY for me to find another salon to take me that day. He should have known the previous day that the appointment wouldnt work for him. Ruined my whole weekend. Will NEVER go there again - for anything.
