On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

I generally write two kinds of reviews, restaurants that serve good food at a resonable price and restaurants who don't.. This one obviously falls in the second category, I expect the average person will feel the same after dining at "On the Borders" and I expect the doomed out of business sign up soon on this location..If you enjoy paying strip prices and just throwing money away on subpar food then this is your place..I'll never dine at this restaurant again.. PERIOD!!!

I have been to many On the Border's I have enjoyed in California - and thought this one was the same however, the food was overpriced, did not taste too great, and the service was AWFUL! We waited forever for our bill, and for the payment to be taken! We'll never go back!!

Been here twice. Both times-service was slow-took a long time for waiter to first appear, had to ask for drink refills. Food was served-barely warm, not nice and hot. Taste OK-would have been better if hot. Out of guacamole--what kind of a Mexican food place to be out of this at 6pm on a Saturday!!! Never to go back to this place!--Two strikes-your out!

We visited and were pleasantly surprised. The food is pretty good. The food is like the name says; it has a pseudo Mexican flavor. The service on our visit was excellent even though the place was hoppin.
