Appliance Repair Experts

Called them Sunday morning for a refrigerator and disposal repair. I was told that they were booked, but I could schedule an appt for the next day and that I'd be put on a stand by list in case of cancellations. Not 10mins after hanging up, they called back saying that they had a cancellation and would be at my home that same afternoon! Their tech arrived and was pleasant and friendly. He quickly diagnosed both problems and the repairs were done promptly. I am very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to call them again. My only complaint is that they only do appliances because I really need someone like them to check my air and heating!

came out within 3 hours of calling for a refrigerator repair.. knew immediately what the problem was had the part with him and fixed immediately entire visit took less than an hour labor is a bit expensive $110 for visit but worth it to have it fixed in a timely manner and fixed right the first time

I have a 9 year old whirlpool. Called them on a Sat, they came to the house Sunday. Fixed my bad fan in about 20 minutes. Parts were in their van. Nice people. Will call again, if I have too.

My old Wards side by side refrigerator stopped keeping things cold or freezing. I called Appliance Repair Experts and their response was fast. And with my refrigerator being so old it made some problems for the repair man. He had to track down a part. And he even had to leave my house to go and get the part. So, even after going the extra mile for good service the repair was very fair. And i even got a senior discount. So, I'm very happy with Appliance Repair Experts and will recommend them to all my friends.

I love this company. They did a great job for me and then I called them back for my mom, excellent service. They did the job, did it quick and the cost was great! I give them an E for Experts and Excellence !
