Damian's company is growing. I'm not suprised due to the quality service he provides. Due to the recent wind storm bending my garage door, Damian sent out "Danny" to repair my garage. Not only was he early, his manners, work ethic and integrity is such a relief knowing of a demanding service company that TRULY LOOKS OUT for whats BEST for their customers. I was very impressed with Damian. My garage door broke a roller, and Damian came to my house the same day that I called. He replaced all of the rollers with high quality new rollers, and it was so inexpensive that I had him look at my spring. All of my neighbors have been replacing springs, and why wait until it actually breaks? He replaced my single spring with 2 springs, and my garage door runs so quietly and smoothly. He knows his stuff, and he is courteous and efficient.

Damian is the best guy to go with in town if you ask me. His service was the best, did everything to efficient and quick like it was second nature to the guy, you can watch him work on your garage door and know everything is being done right the first time. This guy is an honest worker with honest prices not like everyone else I have called.

Trust me I called everyone on the list and "D&G" and "Precision Door services" has got to be the worst companies to call, they try to upsell their springs with a full line of bs about the cycles their springs has and not to mention they charge their labor on an hourly basis, for replacement springs?? common you mean you dont know how long it will take you to replace them with the so called experience you have? thats a huge rip off.

Thats why I went with Damian, his parts come from the same place as everyone else and sold at the rate it is supposed to be with top notch installation and customer service, no upsell, no service call fee just to come out to your place like everyone else (an additional 45 bucks), and no charging labor by the hour. Everything is all in one package price. You will be happy in the end knowing you went with Damian because you know you just got the best deal out there.

I recently purchased a repo with a dysfunctional garage door. When Damian came out to look at it and evaluate what I wanted done, which was originally to just fix the broken spring, he told me that while he could and was willing to do what I asked, he couldn't make any promises for the additional work that the previous owner had done himself, and pointed out legitimate flaws in what the owner had done that I, in my ignorance, hadn't noticed. He offered numerous suggestions and took into consideration what I wanted to spend and what could be done for that amount. We agreed on what was to be done and a time for him to do the work. He arrived on time, repaired the door exactly as he said he would, and charged me exactly what he said originally. During the entire time he was there on both visits, he was professional, courteous, and did the job quickly without rushing. He knows his job well, and his work proves it. I am extremely happy with what he did for me and would recommend him to anyone that needs even minor things done, as I shopped around for the best price and found his company to be not only the cheapest but with superior results. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand once the work was complete and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving. He is one of the most friendly, responsible, and skillful repair men I ever met! He showed up on time, gave the best price, provided the service beyond my expectations. He was very pleasent, polite, and professional. When I read other reviews, I thought maybe his family or friends wrote them, after I work with him for my newly installed garage door, I knew every review is written by a greatful customer like myself. The newly installed garage door was quiet and beautiful, and he gave better price than other competitors. He will be my garage repair guy for life and I will recommend everyone I know for his business.

As a homeowner, I search for companies in each trade that I can call for repairs. I go through great lengths to find someone who is knowledgeable, reliable, honest, and charges a good price for quality work. Damian Douglas is all of the above and more. He replaced my broken springs and did a garage door tune up for the best price I could find. He even took the time to show me how to maintain the garage door myself! I'm impressed with the way my garage door closes so smoothly and quietly after he worked on it. He is one of a kind and will be the one I will call for all my garage door repairs. My garage door broke overnight and my wifes car was trapped in the garage. I saw that the spring had broken. I called Damian and he immediately answered his phone. He was very understanding of my issue and advised me that he had a special going on his website for a basic spring install on an uninsulated door. I asked how soon he could make it out and he gave me a 1 hr timeframe. Damien showed up as promised and was professional and ready to get the door fixed. Upon closer inspection, Damien advised me that my door was in fact insulated and I would need to have a different spring type. He quoted me a price that was just $20 higher than his online special. I agreed and he had the springs in his truck. He changed out the springs and in the process noticed that my rollers at the bottom of my door were bent (the plate they attached to was VERY flimsy and got bent when the spring broke). He quoted me the price for the replacement plates (very thick and durable) and went on with the replacement. During the plate replacement, Damian also noticed that my cable ends were frayed. He took the time to explain the importance of the cables and how they work with the door. He quoted me a price to replace the cables (the ones he uses are MUCH thicker than the ones I had on my door). After installing the cables, he got the door working and tested it to make sure it opened/closed properly. GREAT BUSINESS AND VERY PROFESSIONAL! If you have ANY garage door needs, call Damien!

I had an older track home Stanley garage door with hard to find parts. It was missing the horizontal tacks, since the last owners removed them on the third car side to make the space into an office. Found Damian and called him. He came right out to the house, had all the parts and equipment even took the time to make sure things were perfect before he left. Never tried to up the price and really did a great job. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for quality work at an affordable price and true, hard to find integrity.
