Truly Honest!

I would take my car into the dealer I purchased my car from and somehow would always get screwed into paying for something 'not covered' under my extended warranty. Drove my car to Honest-1, I knew what the problem was, and they confirmed it and fixed it at a reasonable cost.

Awesome crew

Thanks to the guys at Craig/Losee location for all your work! We took the car out to have a gear shift problem repaired. Even though we had to wait for the right guy to come back from vacation, it was worth the wait. He fixed the gear shift and let me know about other problems that existed with the car. No, they weren't trying to rip me- the car needed the work and I knew it did. I think we caught them off guard when we left the car for more work to be done the following day. We're like the customers that won't go away. We're going back this weekend because they asked us to bring it back to check for leaks on the AC. Hopefully, they'll find the problem that has plagued this car's AC. They are on the other side of town, but their service and caring for our car to perform correctly just as much as me is worth the drive. Thanks guys!

Great People

I went into the Ann location, but I thought I would leave a review for all four locations, since I know they are all owned by the same person. I really felt like they had my best interests at heart when they looked at my car. It is rare that I feel like I haven't been taken advantage of at a repair facility, but I didn't feel that way today. I plan on staying with Honest-1.

I absolutely LOVE the people @ Honest-1 Auto Care!

I have had several vehicles worked on by the mechanics at Honest-1 and they are awesome! I am so happy that I found a shop that doesn't try to rip me off just because I am a girl. The staff is always friendly and caring. They really care about the problems you are having, and they go out of their way to make sure that your car is fixed, and there are no other problems going unnoticed. Which helps, because some shops won't tell you about little things that could ruin your engine, etc. The other shops hope you blow your motor, so that they can make a ton of money fixing it for you. But they don't do things that way at Honest-1. They even have a computer there to check my email on, and a place for my kids to play or watch TV. If you need anything done to your car, an oil change, maintenance, brakes, whatever, you should give them a call.
