A Fresh Start Bankruptcy

I know KUDZU is a commercial place. I know alot of these places pay to boost their ratings and erase negative ones. I.E. Yesnick Vision Center, and that these ratings dont mean much however I really did think this was a great place

You were very fast and dependable and everytime I had a question you had a quick answer for me. I will most definitely recommend your services to anyone I come accross who needs them.

Her website & self promoting web pages claim that she handles all aspects of bankruptcy but it's all smoke. Don't look for any help from her if you have any questions during the course of your case or you hit any bumps in the road along the way. She got paid $1,700 out of the Chapt. 13, first one paid off in the first few months. She was at my initial hearing, (which took about 20 minutes) and she did the filing of the case ONLINE, not even in person. When I finally got the proof I needed to show that I actually had made the payments they said I didn't make she told me it was too late. Then she actually looked at my proof & told me I had reason to file a lawsuit. Two months after my evidence was forwarded she sent me a copy of the response-that had been faxed to her office two days after being sent-along with a note saying that it had been sitting on her office floor for a month unnoticed. On her office floor for a MONTH?? UNNOTICED?? The note went on to say that she was in complete agreement with what the mortgage company attorney stated in the response. It was obvious that she didn't even crack open my file to verify the evidence I had against what the other attorney stated. After I started doing my own research online I began to realize just how apathetic she was concerning my case. There were many more options that could have really helped me prove my case than I imagined but she never mentioned a single one of them. When I informed her that I wanted her to file certain actions with the court regarding my case she flatly refused to do anything & told me to hire another attorney because she didn't do that kind of stuff, the stuff that her website SAYS she does. The latest is that I was supposed to have another hearing because I missed a payment, (that I made up for the next month) and she wanted to charge me $518 IN ADVANCE to show up to court w

Nine months ago bankruptcy attorney Dorothy Bunce filed my bankruptcy. With only 3 days before my home would have been sold at auction, she saved the day! Dorothy was kind, understanding and above all professional. I was informed as to the steps she would take and what documents I needed to produce. Due to her fast action, I am still in my home, the future looks good! When I have had questions I am able to call her and have my answer. If she is in court, she returns my call the same day. In short, Dorothy is a lifesaver! If you are even considering bankruptcy, with all my heart I recommend Dorothy Bunce!

I saw a couple attorneys for a free consultation and got no legal advice at all - just a sales pitch about why I should file Bankruptcy right away. I was able to come in during my lunch hour to see attorney Dorothy Bunce. She I shared her french fries, but she was totally focused on my problem with the IRS. She showed me why it was better to wait to file so I could include my back taxes in my Bankruptcy. She also explained what I needed to do about the harassing phone calls I was getting from my creditors.Yes, I paid a lot to have lunch with this attorney, but it was worth it! Why would an attorney who is any good give you free advice? I know I don't show up to work unless I get paid.

Dorothy, the attorney, demands a fee of $195.00 up front before she even talks to you. Then you will be lucky if you do get to talk to her personally. She does not give a free consultation like the other bankrupcty attorneys here in Las Vegas. She ripped me off of $195.00 for nothing when I could most use the money. She even ate her lunch during my 15 minute $195 consultation. It was not disclosed to me beforehand that this was a consultation fee and that it was non-refundable. All she did was talk about her other bankruptcy clients and did not provide me with any advice. I would think twice about using this attorney. I have not and will not recommend her to anyone - not even my worst enemy! Also, If you choose to use this office, be prepared to pay more than the $595 she is claiming! Go to a good attorney.

when we needed to file bankruptcy we found this business and are glad we did. Dorothy is a very nice attorney who is easy to talk to and very caring. Laura in the front office is just as sweet as can be. Highly recommend if you find youself in quicksand and need help to start over.
