Only if you're people watching...
You should only dine here if you're into watching tourists and locals gamble and drink. The food is bland, and boring .. the service is slow .. and the dining atmosphere is hard to see through the thick cloud of cigarette smoke.

Don't make a special trip
Every mediocre in every way except service -- which is really slow.

Good place to have a leisure meal
This cafe serves average food with a nice menu selection, and it offers a pleasant environment. The service can be a little slow at times. I will continue to patronize this restaurant and will recommend it to my friends. It is a good value

Good basic "24-hour restaurant" food. The egg foo young is fantastic.
