I BROUGHT MY WIFE IN DUE TO SEVERE CHEST PAIN AND WAS RUSHED IN. THE DOCTOR COULDN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG BUT PROCEEDED TO SCARE US WITH THINGS THAT WERE ALREADY TESTED FOR AND CAME UP NEGATIVE. WHEN WE ARRIVED THEY ASSURED US THAT THEY ACCEPTED OUR INSURANCE BUT AFTER SIX HOURS AND WHEN WE WERE READY TO LEAVE (STILL NOT KNOWING WHAT WAS WRONG) THEY INFORMED US THAT AS OF TWO WEEKS PRIOR (JAN. 01, 2007) THEY INFORMED US THAT THEY NO LONGER ACCEPT OUR INSURANCE. THE NURSES WERE GREAT BUT THE DOCTOR WAS RUDE.

I have visited many co-workers or friends in Mtnview Hospital over the past seven years and have always had a good experience. The hospital is clean with professional, friendly staff. I have never heard a negative thing about the care of the patients while admitted there. That totally amazes me as a healthcare worker myself. So when my first grandchild was born there, I felt very comfortable with it all. My daughter received the best care before the birth, during the delivery, and thereafter. She was in intensive care for a day and raved about how great the nurses and staff were. We could tell when we visited too, they were very attentive to her needs. The baby needed to be in the neo-natal unit for a week and received the very best care and special attention. They would give me regular updates and let me see her up close. Now my second daughter is pregnant and we are hoping her obstetrician works out of Mtnview so it will become our hospital of choice !!!!

I had to be admitted to this hosptal last week for 3 days. Allthough I did have a 12 hour stay in the emergency room before they were able to find a regular room for me I had a great stay (with the exception on one nurse) The food was great, they call it Room Service. the meals are served by people dressed in tuxedos and if you do not call for your meals, you are called in your room by phone to find out what you would like to eat. What a joy. There is a menu to choose from and if you are on a special diet they help you make the appropiate choices.

I have to use this clinic because of our insurance. I hate this clinic. For pregnant women who wants to make appointment to see an obgyn, they have to make their appointments at least 2 month in advance. I went there couple of times, because I'm a new patient, they asked me to file paperwork, so I did. The next week they asked me to file the same paperwork. I asked them why, because it is the same paperwork, it is so silly that I have to fill it twice. They said that the first time was for central office and this time for this office. Well why don't you make a copy of the first one then?????? On top of that I have to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor!!!
