Autobahn Excellence

These guys saw WAAAY too much of me for a while, and they were so accommodating, plus they really seemed to feel for my plight! I had to get a catalytic converter figured out, and it was finally handled, as well as all my needs for my 01 Volvo, well under the dealer's cost. They took great care of me and I had to move to Nor. Cal, so I am now in search of a new mechanic. I can only hope for someone I can trust like I trust these guys!

I brought my bug in to get the carb fixed after everybody else in town had tried and failed to get it running. These guys had it fixed inside a day and it runs better then it ever did before. I would never take another vehicle elsewhere for anything!!!

The guys at Autobahn were great. I left my truck with them the night before so they could have it first thing in the morning. They went to work right away the next morning and had my truck finished before they said they would. I did not get the feel that they were looking for extra things to fix so they could make more money. They even threw in a free oil change.

In Feb. I took my car to get fixed by these guys paid them $900 for a minor mishap in the engine and it took them 4 more days then they initially said and within a week the car was broken again b/c they didn't put on my timing belt properly and my pistons beat my engine up. It was a part that they put on and they said it was a freak accident, that this ever happens so I paid them another $900 to fix that problem. And when I picked up my car they had broken the motor mounts and refuse to uphold their warranty saying it was normal wear and tear and wanted me to pay them $900 to fix that. Now I am spending $700 for all 4 motor mounts and putting them on myself. If you care about your car and money DO NOT take your vehicles to these guys.

Took my car in bacause of a diecient quote (head gasket fix) and the GUARENTEE that I would have my car back by Firday (took it in on a tuesday). Did not get my car back on Friday took until the following thursday, at a cost of $1000 more than the original quote. Had to take it back on Friday because it was not fixed properly, intake was leaking. they did a poor job fixing the intake the 2nd time around, just threw some sillicone on it, and it came back with a broken fuel rail. they refused to fix the fuel rail unless I paid another $800. as soon as I got the fuel rail fixed on my own I had it block tested and the head gasket is blown still. Less than 200 miles since the fix and I am out $3000 + the cost of getting new fuel rails.

This mobile service shop is by far better than many mechanics out there. These guys are honest and will do the job right the first time. Prices are great as well. When people ask me who I recommend, I always tell them call Autobahn. I am a repeat customer and will continue to praise this shop.

A great complex in Henderson. I get everything done for my truck while I eat lunch! Great customer service. I felt really comfortable with what they were explaining. I didn't feel like they were going to rip me-off.
